Business modelling
Tarun began consulting to organisations in business process improvement and business modelling in 2004. He has used and trained in business modelling with Excel as an advanced tool. With experience in procurement, supply chain, marketing, sales, strategy development and execution and human resource development, Tarun is able to provide trainees a wider perspective of their needs in business modelling, task automation and reporting.
Operational excellence
In 2007, Tarun co-created a capacity management and effort measurement software, in use today by over 28,000 users across several international marquee customers. Last year, a top-10 global outsourcing company declared internally an attribution to this capacity management system of a save of millions of dollars.
Corporate performance management
Since 2011, Tarun is partnering Ibhar Technologies in sales and implementation of their corporate performance management system, which is a strategy execution system involving goal deployment, balanced scorecard implementation and initiative management to correct under-performed measures. This has transformed businesses like the Bangalore International Airport, EID Parry, CK Birla Group, etc.
Tarun has trained for and consulted with clients across domains.
