He led significant projects which resulted in more than 20% process reengineering and headcount saves in Finance processes, accuracy improvements in other transaction processing activities in areas of Reporting and Human Resources. His “Out of the Box Thinking” helped in cost avoidance by early fraud detection in Retail and Supply Chain activities. He also applied Lean Six Sigma in the Software Development Lifecycle to enhance Testing Effectiveness and to reduce overall coding defects.
